Emerald Coast Villa
A dream garden
The villa is a the restoration of an old “stazzu”, a typical rural house in the Sardinia’s Gallura region. Architect Mario Mazzer, who oversaw the project, conserved its characteristics both in its spaces and in the use of materials such as granite and wood. At the same time, he embedded modern design and technological features.
Studio Rocco collaborated on the green design of this villa, curating its garden. The studio set up the villa’s irrigation system; scenographic illumination; sound design; and plant selection. It also directed works on the villa.
Olbia’s Tecnoverde took care of garden features.
